She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynolds Emmons and Lenora Emmons (Goettsch); her husband Kenneth Johnson (Cotton); her brothers, Ira, Eugene, Glenn and Russell Emmons; and her great grandchild Harmony Christensen.
She is survived by: her children, Terri DiNello of Alexandria, MN, Sharon Evert (Mike), Brad Johnson (Tamara) of Phoenix, AZ, Jill Huber (Joel) of Clark, SD, Keith Johnson (Lisa), Kari DiNello, Kristi DiNello (Cory), Sara Christensen (Mark), Shane Evert (Emily), Brittany Hoolihan (Sean), Megan Kroh (Tyler), Lauren West (Lavione), Ben Johnson, Morgan Hurlbut (Joe), Mackenzie Huber (Carter), Noah Huber, Allison Johnson (Randy), Emily Johnson, Ryan Gilbertson (Jennifer), Nikki Rasmussen (Alan) and Alexa Kleinjan (Andy); her great grandchildren, Jaden, Ozdyn, Chiara, Hazel, Violet, Payton, Parker, Jada, Deklan, Bridger, Ridge, August, Kenzie, Esme, Ian and Coen; her brother Ron Emmons (Janice); and her siblings-in-law, Fern Emmons, Winnie Johnson, Ruth Johnson, Betty Johnson and David Grengs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She also was active in the Hendricks Literary Club, Legion Auxiliary, Hospice, Hospital Auxiliary, the Hendricks Foundation, and volunteered at the local Thrift Shop.
