He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pogatchnik and Lois Pogatchnik (Barry); his son Dorane "Duke"; his grandson Curtis; and his brothers, Cecil, Jack and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Lieske (Lieske); his sons, Dean (Nancy Kay) of Finlayson and Bruce (Nancy Jean) of Finlayson; his grandchildren, Tina Rabe (Trent), Paula Diaz (Travis), Alexandra, James, Gabby Pogatchnik and Ethan Alleman; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Charlotte Rabe, Rosa and Cora Diaz; and his siblings, Roland of St. Paul, MN, Ardith Savick of St. Clair, MN and Carol Haddad of Mpls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Lowell died suddenly on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Moose Lake after contracting Covid-19.
