He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kamps and Ellen Kamps (Manteuffel); and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Seemann; his sons, Mike (Trina) of Sacred Heart, MN, Rob (Melanie) of Mound, MN, Russell (Kelly) of Arlington, MN and Kevin A of Henderson, MN.; his grandchildren, Racheal (Wyatt), Ethan, Belle, Olivia, Makenzie, Alyson, Adilyn, Noah, Nehemiah, Chloe, Carson, Cassidi and Kenadie; and his great grandchild Wesley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (814 W Brooks St, Arlington, MN 55307). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
