She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hans and Zena Hans (Roelfsema); her husband Ardell Blokzyl; her siblings, Alvin, Edwin, Pearl, Lucille, Alice and Mavis; and her grandchildren, Baby Fred, Jeremy and Krista.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Beauchamp (Jimmy Montalbo) of Temple, TX, Brenda Kay Johnson (Gary) of Marshall, Lori Como-Bulau (Todd) of Buffalo Lake and Melissa Jean Novotny (Keith) of Hector. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
