She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schmidt and Helen Schmidt (Kohn); her husband Otto Hackbarth Jr.; her siblings, Virginia Minks, Fern Penticoff and Roland Schmidt Elvin Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Minks, Dennis Penticoff and Darlene Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Greg, Brad, Steven Hackbarth of Maricopa, AZ, Michelle Henkels (Kevin) of Bloomington, MN and Scott Hackbarth (Brenda); and her brothers, Rueben Schmidt (Carol) of Bloomington, MN, Harold Schmidt and Many. She is also survived by 23 Grandchildren; 31 Great-Grandchildren.
