He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold and Mary Ellen Tebben. He is survived by: his parents, Linda Tebben and Thomas Mackenroth of Alexandria; his wife Dawn Tebben of Grand Forks, ND; his daughter Jazlynn Jane Cluka-Tebben of Willmar; his stepchildren, Cassy, Jazmin, Selena and Dominic; his stepgrandchildren, Kylan, Kenny and Kinsley of Fosston; his siblings, Jacqueline Bachtle (Brandon) of Farmington, Drew Mackenroth and Ian Mackenroth; and his uncles, Lloyd, Lynn and Lee Tebben.
