He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Tobias (Cooke); his son Emmitt Cooke; his grandmothers, Sharon Cooke (LeRoy) and Gloria Hopp; his girlfriend Kerri Dawson; and his uncle Todd Cooke. He is also survived by her children; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
