He is survived by: his wife Virginia Thoe of Hayfield, MN; his children, Patti Miller (Charlie) of Owatonna, MN, Paul Thoe (Cathy) of Hooper, UT and Mark Thoe (Deb) of Superior, WI; and his siblings, Donald Thoe (JoAnn) of Sargeant, MN, Norma Bjork of Rochester, MN, Wilma Kyllo (Ralph) of Hayfield, MN, Clifford Thoe (Euphemia) of Humble, TX and Harriet Redalen (Noel) of Chatfield, MN.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
