With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joshua D. Peterson of Hayfield, Minnesota, born in Monticello, Minnesota, who passed away on September 18, 2021 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Izella Peterson, Elmer and Cleo Sleeper; and his uncle Bruce Peterson.
He is survived by: his adoptive mother Eleanor Peterson; his former wife Mindy Blood; his children, Tori of Mantorville, Kiari Peterson of Mantorville and Mitchell Peterson of Mantorville; his parents, Eleanor Peterson of Claremont and Dennis Peterson (Dorothy Viker) of Dodge Center; his sisters, Amanda Tjosaas (Jeff) of Zumbrota and Ashley Munnikhuysen (Jared) of Dodge Center; his girlfriend Christina Sargent-Woodworth of Hayfield; his niece Kora Munnikhuysen; and his nephew Brayden Munnikhuysen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred to the family and will be used for his children.
