He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Madsen and Alveda Madsen (Kosel); and his brothers, Gary Madsen and Arvid Madsen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Moses; and his siblings, Sharon Nelson of Shell Lake, WI., Barbara Madsen of Eden Prairie, Richard Madsen (Julie) of Willits, CA., David Madsen of Hawick and Debra Nelson (Lyle) of Brooten. He is also survived by ses other relatives and friends.
