She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias Siebenaler and Christine Siebenaler (Gores); her siblings, Mary Kay Hoffman, Leonard F. Siebenaler and John M. Siebenaler; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Neisen and Norbert Hoffman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Martin Siebenaler, Donna Neisen, Edward Siebenaler (Theresa), Raymond Siebenaler (Karen) and Bernard M. Siebenaler (Joanie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Therese's family kindly requests memorials be made to School Sisters of Notre Dame in her memory.
