With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharon A. Nilan of Hastings, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Ed" Nilan; and her siblings, Leonard, Clem, Paul, Tom, Jeri McNamara and Veronica "Sis" Wermers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lawrence "Larry" McNamara, Clayton McNamara and Jane Olson; her sister-in-law Jaci McNamara; and her close friend Richard "Dick" Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2035 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Cemetery (3070 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033).
