Merle A. Arndtson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merle A. Arndtson of Hastings, Minnesota, who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merle A. Arndtson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ove Arndtson and Josie Arndtson (Kragtorp). He is survived by: his wife Eloise Halverson; and his children, Randy (Lynn), Bruce (Brenda), Cheryl Conklin (Jeff), Kent (Gary), Scot (Kim), Wendy Human (Jeff) and Kari Seaman (Richard). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Philip's Lutheran Church (1401 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55033). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Phillip's Lutheran Church (1401 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55033). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeside Cemetery (920 Nininger Rd, Hastings, MN 55033).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Disabled Vets, Hastings Family Service or towards a memorial bench are preferred in his memory. Keep Merle's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
