He is survived by: his children, Cindy Mollick (Steve), Linda Deitner (Bill) and Mark Werth (Melissa); his grandchildren, Krista Mace (Eric), Missy Jungbauer (Paul), Jeff Deitner (Jessica) and Kate LaRoque (Scott); his great grandchildren, Will Mace, Brooke Mace, Jaime Jungbauer, John Jungbauer, Jocelyn Deitner, Isabelle Deitner, Lucas LaRoque and Lainey LaRoque; and his brother Jim Werth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
