He was predeceased by: his father David Klein; his grandparents, Bette and Marshall Siebold; his uncles, Tom (Mary Lou) and Jerry Siebold; and his cousins, Timmy Klein and Joey Cole.

He is survived by: his mother Sue Klein (Siebold); his daughter Hailey; his brother Josh Klein (Michelle); the mother of his child Sarah Kuhn; and also Kaitlyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
