He is survived by: his wife Susan Pechacek; his children, Janelle Davis (Tim) and Jeff Pechacek (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Corey, Caylyne and Cole Davis; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Harrison, Daxton and Lahni; his sister Kay Smith; and his pet Chase. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
