We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2024, at the age of 81, Gloria J. Kavitz of Hastings, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Girgen and Gertrude Girgen (Zeien); her husband Ronald A. Kavitz; and her son Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Maleia Bonin (Joel) and Ronald; her grandchildren, Britni Peterson (Nicholas), Brianna, Brock Berres, Ashley Crabb (Jake), Amanda Zurek (Jesse), Alyssa Booth (Brandon) and Cody Kavitz (Kayla Kobs); her great grandchildren, Carter, Charlotte, Claire Peterson, Addison, Jessa, Benjamin, Zurek, Mylah and Finnegan Booth; and her siblings, Dr. Walter Girgen (Cathy), Janice Kolmer (Jeff) and Caroyl Robinson (Dayton). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
