He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Litschke and Martha Litschke. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Sue Bauer (Kevin), Scott Litschke (Leann), Fred Litschke Jr., Bobbi Ries (Joe) and Billie Litschke; his grandchildren, Samantha Klassen (Michael), Fred Bauer (Jeanna), Kevin Bauer (Angie), Eric Bauer (Janna), Isaac Bauer (Gabby), Matthew Litschke (Ashley), Dylan Litschke (Cassie), Logan Litschke, Brooke Litschke, Tony Ries (Carsyn), Stephanie Zeien (Brent), John Ries and Katelyn Wardell (Michael); his great grandchildren, Harvey, Levi, Ollie, Eleanor, Tillie, Arlen, Chloe, Mason, Henry and Wyatt; and his siblings, Jerry Litschke (Marilyn), Daniel Litschke, Natalie (Tom), Madeline Moen (Erric), Carl Litschke and Henry Litschke (Linda). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2035 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55033). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Cemetery (3070 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). A reception was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel (3075 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN 55033). Due to construction at church, please use the West entrance near Mother Seton Hall.
