He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Leak; and his parents, Fred Leak and Betty Leak. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Schmisek (Ryan) and Andrea Overgaard (Eric); his grandchildren, Lily Schmisek, Kaelyn and Maryn Overgaard; his brothers, Jeff Leak (Carla) and Dennis Leak; and his nephews, Andre Leak, Robert and Jamie Leak. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
