He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Les, Eva Corrow, Ed and Lorraine Fields; his aunts and uncles, Jack Fields, John Tregnor, Mary Tregnor, Sandy K. Fields and Marlette Corrow; and his cousins, John Stoll, John Fields, Mandy and Chad Corrow.
He is survived by: his significant other Tammy; his children, Chenoa Peck (Dan), Marais Fields, Kylei Fields (Mitch Berg) and Michael Fields; his parents, Michael Fields and Sandra Fields; his siblings, Eric Fields (Buffy), Mark Fields, Christin Zimmer (Greg), Kimberly Stone and Jamie Quint; his parents-in-law, Ron and Mary Isaac; and his brothers-in-law, Scott (Gina) and Troy Isaac (Amy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
