He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lester Lange, Clara Lange (Miller), Patrick Devine and Ella Mae Fishbaugher; his parents, Francis "Fuzz" and Alberta Fishbaugher (Lange); his uncle Emery Lange; and his aunt Estelle Lange.

He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Lee Matson; his daughter Sandra Miller (Kyle); his grandchildren, Drew Miller of Kewaskum and Paige Miller of Kewaskum; his son Joseph Fishbaugher (Nichole) of Brookings, S. D.; his sister Genny Hanson of Preston; his nephews, Keith Hanson of Spring Valley and Kyle Hanson of Cresco; his former wife Barbara Fishbaugher (Matson); and also, Jaden Olson of Brookings, S. D., Mia Mendel of Brookings, S. D. and Carolyn Kuester of Kalamazoo.
