He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waage and Anna "Louise" Waage (Stiel); his son Michael Waage; and his parents-in-law, Homer and LeOra Pittman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancie Waage; his son Matthew Waage (Samantha); his grandchildren, Erik and Freya Waage; his brother Jim Waage; his brother-in-law Jeff Pittman; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Pittman (Tanya), John Waage (Lauren), Kimberly Debilzen (Scott) and Katherine Pittman (Cody Kowalczyk). He is also survived by relatives and very dear friends.
