He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hoppe and Mary Hoppe (Biwer); his stepmother Ivanetta; and his sister Dianne. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Ben (Heidi Wolf); his granddaughters, Keira and Fiona; his sister Sadie; his sisters-in-law, Becky (Ben) and Cindy; and his close friends, Anne, Ruth, Helen and Sammy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenfield Lutheran Church (235 S Main Street, Harmony, Minnesota 55939). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
