He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Harriet Cynthia Beukema (Koster); his wife Jackie; and his sister Elaine Beukema. He is survived by: his children, Scott Beukema (Ryann) of Pipestone and Amanda Eisenschenk (Andrew) of Watford City; his grandchildren, Ethan, Elyse, Emmet Beukema, Jade and Gabriel Eisenschenk; and his siblings, Bruce Beukema (Lois) of Hayfield and Kathy De Kam (Verlyn) of Luverne.
