He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Holmgren and Margaret Holmgren (Cattnach). He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Van Lant; his daughters, Tammy Rabb (Darryl) of Kent, WA and Kari Ostler (Brent) of Sioux Falls; his granddaughter Morgan Masse of Kent, WA; his siblings, Gary Holmgren (Donna) of Sioux Falls, Wayne Holmgren of Luverne and Twyla Allen (Randy) of Pipestone; his nephew Jeff Holmgren (Bobby) of Luverne; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zane, Zayda and Zariah.
