She was predeceased by: her parents, Crosby Chambard and Alma Chambard (Frederickson); her former husband Donald Christie; her husband Clayton Olson of Hanska; her children, Sheri Christie and Bruce Christie; her son-in-law Terry Kroening; and her brothers, Alon Chambard, Glen Chambard, Kenneth Chambard and George Chambard.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Christie of Cottage Grove; her stepchildren, Craig Olson (Bonita) of Rochester, Pamela Gartner (Greg) of New Richmond, WI, Noel Olson of New Ulm, Michael Olson (Lori) of Mankato and Brent Olson (Julie) of New Ulm; her daughter-in-law Sue Christie of St. Charles; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Chambard, Louella Chambard and Joni Chambard. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nora Uu Church (12333 155th Ave, Hanska, MN 56041). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, donor's local food shelves, or to the donor's choice.
