She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Ahlness; her sons, Steve and Warren Ahlness; her in-laws, Oscar and Agnes Ahlness; her siblings, Ardis Mikkelson (Bob) and Robert Pierson (Virginia); her brother-in-law Warren Brudelie; and her parents, Elmer Pierson and Clara Pierson (Haukvik).
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Anderson (Steve) of Searles; her grandchildren, Darren Anderson (Nicole) of New Ulm, Michelle VanDenTop (Keith) of Blaine, Mark Ahlness (Gina) of Ramsey, John Ahlness (Haley) of Plymouth, Jenna Ahlness of Plymouth and Jackson Ahlness (Jill Beranek) of New Ulm; her siblings, Jerry Pierson (Carol) of New Ulm and Shirley Brudelie of Hanska; and her brother-in-law Duane Ahlness (Janice) of Mankato.
