He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pieper and Laura Pieper (Asche); his brother Scott Pieper; and his father-in-law Jerry Blekestad. He is survived by: his children, Jeri, Chance (Tammy VanRooyen), Rebel and Rumor Pieper of Hanska; his mother-in-law Linda Blekestad; his sisters, Jody Blekestad Bhate (Amit), Jill Blekestad-Lehman (Gary), Joni Blekestad (Patrick Kasper), Javan Blekestad (Nicole) and Jade Blekestad-Kral (Dan); and his spouse Jeri Blekestad. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
