He is survived by: his wife Janice Mack; his son Rob (Jessy); his stepchildren, Kathy (Ralph), Dale (Judy), Cindy (Ed) and Jeannie (Joe); and his brother Roy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
