He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Krones and Katherine Krones (Rodemaker); and his siblings, Stanley Krones and Sandra Heckstein (Vernon). He is survived by: his wife Ginnie Krones; his daughter Vicki Domka (Mike); his granddaughter Emma; his daughter Jill Houck (Pete); and his grandchildren, Lana and Clayton.
