She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Engebretson and Myrtle Engebretson (Larson); her husband Maurice Aslakson; her son Dale; her siblings, Avonell Raaum and Forrest; her sisters-in-law, Norma Engebretson and Carol Engebretson; her niece Nancy Brusletton; her brother Tom; her sister-in-law Delores Aslakson; her nephew Steve Aslakson; and her parents-in-law, Tilford and Clara Aslakson.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Aslakson (Karen) of Hancock, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Maras (Jon), Aaron Aslakson (Jessica), Grant Aslakson (Amanda) and Kate Cripe (Carter); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Claire Maras, Vivian, Henrik Aslakson, Brentley, Mila Aslakson, Harper and Grayson Cripe; and her brother Courtney Engebretson of Starbuck, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Zion Lutheran Church (29050 357 Ave, Hancock, MN 56244). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
