He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Koehl and Eunice Koehl (Pfister); his wife Mary Kaiser; his brothers, Doug Koehl and Eugene Koehl; and his brothers-in-law, Victor and James Banwart.
He is survived by: his son Joe Koehl (Angie); his grandsons, Jacob of Hancock, Jared of Hancock and James Koehl of Hancock; his siblings, Arnold Koehl (Sharon) of Hancock, Marilyn Banwart of West Bend, IA, Becky Banwart of West Bend, IA, Charlotte Werpy (Ward) of Archer, FL and Kathy Fehr (Wayne) of West Bend, IA; and his sister-in-law Maxine Koehl of Hancock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
