He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Millard and Harriet Millard (Rose); his son Jeff Millard; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his wife Deb of Hancock; his son Rick Millard (Whitney) of Morris; his daughter-in-law Penny Millard of Madison, SD; his grandchildren, Austin, Ben Millard and Kaley Millard (Alex Campbell); his great grandchild Sawyer Campbell; and his siblings, Doug Millard of Madison, SD, Debbie Miller of Madison, SD and Dori Hanneman (Dave) of Madison, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
