She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Erickson and Marcella Erickson (Doffing); her son Thomas Mitchell; her brother Wayne Erickson; and her nephew Steven Erickson.
She is survived by: her husband Dick; her daughters, Kris Mathews Wojciechowski (Jamey), Kelly Goodman and Molly Thompson (Dan); her grandchildren, Ashley Bushman (Luke), John Houle, Bennett Solomon, Bryan Solomon, Emily Haynie (Stephen), Kate Thompson, Maddie Thompson and Andrew Thompson; her great grandchildren, Harper and Theo Bushman; her siblings, Dr. Larry Erickson (Becky) and Donna Driscoll; and her sister-in-law Jean Erickson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Sharon's family requests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the donor's choice in her memory.
