He is survived by : his father Paul Hoffman; his mother Julie Trenary (Pederson Hoffman); his girlfriend Anna Pismenetskaya; his siblings, Andrew Hoffman (Caryn Christenson), Heather Gnat (Joel), Heidi Hoffman, Troy Hoffman, Tracy Hoffman and Leah Hoffman (Kevin Mellette); his nieces and nephews, Adrian Hoffman, Jayda Wellman, Kevin Mellette and Maya Mellette; his grandparents, Allen, Marilyn Hoffman and Lori Pederson; his aunts, Mary Fillinger (Jeff), Cindy Cross (Bob), Judy Vanman (Richard), Jeanie Anderson (Andy) and Kari Ehlers (Randy); and his cousins, Jeff Poe (Mal), Jamie Blank (Joe), Justin Vanman (Jess), Jess Thompson (Nick), Jason Vanman, Jenea Cheski (Alex), Jarren Vanman, Ryan Anderson, Kirsten Willenbring (Joel), Kelsey Anderson, Jaclyn Schmeichel (Matt), Ella Ehlers and Luke Ehlers. He is also survived by cousins and countless loyal friends.
