He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Berthiaume and Lloyd Berthiaume; and his siblings, Vicki and Tom. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheri Moretter (Bill), Jeannie Sigler (Tom) and Patty Etzel (Brian); his nephews, Josh (Andrea), Jake Sigler (Nicole) and Cody Etzel; and his niece Amber. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
