He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Rolando; and his brother Terrence James Rolando. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Packard; his mother Mary Ann Rolando; and his siblings, Marcus Charles Rolando (Cheri), Brenda Marie Rolando-Hanson (Eric) and Amy Rolando-Sexton (Scott).
