He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Ann; his parents, Clarence Splettstoeszer and Lydia Splettstoeszer; and his siblings, Wallace Splettstoeszer, Vernon Splettstoeszer, Bernice Leistiko, Alice Lindner and Gladys Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Strouss of Minneapolis, Linda Clark (Jodi) of Buffalo and Teresa Splettstoeszer (Terry Ancion); his adoptive son Scott Gray of Delano; his grandchildren, Derrick Strouss, Devon Strouss, Amanda Montgomery (Bryan), Cody Strouss, Alexander Hoffmann, Zachary Demas and Julianna Demas; his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Abigail Montgomery; his sister Delores Skochenski of Spring Park; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Splettstoeszer of Watertown, Earl Taylor of Spring Park and James Burgess of Florida. He is also survived by nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
