He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cindi Marshall and Leo Marshall; his children, Joseph William Charles Marshall and Melissa Hess; his brother William Marshall (Brittany Smith); and his grandparents, Violet, Robert Ganyo, Olive, Leon Marshall and Molly. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
