He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Koep and Gladys Koep (Hagen); his daughters, Paula Kay and Mary Ann Koep; and his siblings, Duane, Kenneth, Carter Koep and Rachel Gulbranson.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Grace Woodard of Ham Lake; his children, Steven Koep, Robert Koep, Peggy Smith and Kathy Koep; and his siblings, Mike Koep, Jeanette Schultz and Carol Grotheer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
