It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Alan Johnson of Ham Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Johnson and June Johnson; and his former wife Terry Beth Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Johnson; his daughters, Lisa Cavanaugh (Matt) and Kim DeShaw (Jason); his grandsons, Jonah, Elijah, Declan, Silas and Soren; and his brother Dennis Johnson (Mary Joyce). He is also survived by brothers/sisters-in-law, nephews & nieces, and a lifetime of friends.
