It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Sharon Thomas of Ham Lake, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura LaFond and Lefty LaFond; and her sister Kathleen Koelfgen. She is survived by: her husband Richard Thomas; her children, Michael Thomas (Jennifer) and Sandra Weast (Richard Smith); her grandchildren, Shawn Weast (Ashley), Karaleen Appleseth (Thomas), Samantha Hanzal (Michael) and Sarah Nonnemacher (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Tessa, Rylee, Greyson, Lincoln, Beckham, Avery and Griffin.
