She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Mike Szurek (Lynn), Tom Szurek (Becky), Dick Szurek (Shelley) and Wendy Swanson; her grandchildren, Jackie, Joe of Kelli, DJ, Cate, Jaimie, Jake, Tawni and Joshua; and her sister Sandy Adamski (Dick). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
