She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Davis and Laura Davis of Halma Minnesota; and her siblings-in-law, Steve, Gladys Chwialkowski, Allen Chwialkowski and Myrna Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Chwialkowski; her son Josh Bothum; her stepchildren, Conni Weber (Todd) and Chris Chwialkowski (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Charlie and Anna Bothum; her stepgrandchildren, Thomas Mayo, Dalton Mayo (Maria), Xavier Mayo, Jessica Burgoyne (Zel) and Caitlynn Chwialkowski; her siblings, Rodger Davis (Judy) of Lake Bronson, MN, Jean Erickson (Rodney), Patricia Lindstrom Strandquist (Robert) and Christopher (Laurel); her siblings-in-law, Florence Chwialkowski, Joan Kaushagen (Dean), Shirley Kilen (Wayne), Dennis Chwialkowski (Sharon), Carol Hugg (Carl), Rita Sollund (Terry) and Susie Nelson (Darwin); and also Krista Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous relatives and friends.
