She was predeceased by: her parents, John Laurence Fertig and Alice Garceau Fertig (Marie); her siblings, Larry and Jeanne Olson; her siblings-in-law, Doris Fertig and Eben Brunton; and her nephews, Rusty Brunton and Bruce Olson.

She is survived by: her siblings, David of Hallock and Theolyn Brunton of Olympia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
