He is survived by: his wife Jeanne of Drayton, ND; his daughters, Ramona Whalen (Tim), Neva Stoebner (John), Deena Steen (Harlen), Shawna Peterson (John) and Rhonda Peterson (Mark); his grandchildren, Sarah Whalen, Megan Whalen of Grand Forks, ND, Zachary Stoebner, Terri Steen of Minneapolis, MN, Jennifer Ekereke (Otoro), Trevor Steen (Jenny), Tyler Steen (Taylor) of Willmar, MN, Elsie Peterson, Marnie Peterson of West Fargo, ND, Carly Black (Isaac), Grant Peterson, Jay Peterson, Brett Peterson and Kathryn Peterson; his great grandchildren, Emery Steen, Tylan Steen, Kendra, Kaden and Kenzi Ekereke; and his siblings, Gladys Beck of Ipswich, SD, Lorene Hoff (Harry), LeRoy of Sioux Falls, SD, Steven (Connie) and Keith (Pam).
