She was predeceased by: her parents, Erle Abentroth and Teresa Abentroth (McDonald); and her brother Charles Abentroth. She is survived by: her husband Duane Preston; her children, Jeffrey Preston (Darla) of Hillsboro, ND, Teresa Noeske (Scott) of Moorhead, MN and Michael Preston (Laura) of Mapleton, ND; her grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, Samuel, Olivia and Alexis; and her brothers, Michael "Mikey" Abentroth (Sallie) of Choteau, MT, Douglas Abentroth (Sue) of Hillsboro, ND, David Abentroth of Climax, MN, Greg Abentroth (Vickie) of Cummings, ND, Scott Abentroth (Stephanie) of Nielsville, MN and Kevin Abentroth of Cummings, ND. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other dear relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Hospice of the Red River Valley or to the Caledonia Cemetery Fund.
