He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carriere and Rebecca Carriere; his former wife Layne Hennum of Kennedy, MN.; his daughter Jody Mootz; and his siblings, Duane and Janice Zobeck.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Wilwand of Pembina, ND.; his children, Scott (Diana), Jay (Roberto) of Milton, DE and Sherri Klein (Scott); his grandchildren, Emily, Graham (Kaylee), Greg, Trisha, Jackson (Brooke) and Gunnar; his great grandchildren, Brianna Carriere, Mikko, Henrik, Wynne Strand, Noah, Violet Mootz and Foster Klein; his siblings, Roger Carriere of Fulton, TX, Lucy Jerome of Birmingham, AL and Elsie Arena of Arleta, CA; his children, Kelly (Kari), Tim (Lois) and Tracy Eresov (Dmitry); and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Carriere, Ronnie Hennum and Robert Johnson (Pam). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
