She was predeceased by: her husband Don Floyd; her son Allen "Butch" Floyd; and her siblings, Eulabel Potts and Marvin Dvorak. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Williams (Michael), Diana Slinkard (Harlan) and Roberta Floyd (Danny Keep); and her grandchildren, Steven, Robert, Christopher, Cathy Jo, Jill and Harlan II.
