With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Keep (Hackensack, Minnesota), who passed away on December 5, 2022 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Hochstatter (Stephens) and William Hochstatter; her former husband Melvin Keep; her daughter Peggy Richards; her granddaughter Krista Richards; and her siblings, Mildred Freed, Eugene Hochstatter, Lucille Bradshaw and Florrine "Flossy" Kimball.

She is survived by: her daughter Pat Puetz (Jim) of Brainerd; her brother Melvin Hochstatter of Park Rapids; her grandchildren, Jodi Brammann (Victor) of Pennsylvania, Kyle Richards (Lena) of Pine River and Amy Kalthoff (Jim) of Brainerd; and her friend Sue Peterson of Hackensack. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 6 great-great granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews.
